Simply place your order online, put the word ‘collecting’ in the special instructions box and pay online as usual. We will deduct the shipping charge from the total due and then our Internet staff will process your order and contact you when it is ready to be collected (usually 3 working days). You will then have 4 days to collect your items from us.

After you have been advised that your order is ready (we will also advise you if there is a problem) everything will be ready to be just handed over. When collecting please bring a copy of the email order acknowledgement and additional identification may be required.

We believe this additional service will help those who do not want to have to wait in all day for an Internet delivery, are buying a present they do not want somebody to see being delivered or would still like to visit our Shop to try out and get advice on other equipment, but still would like to buy certain items online to benefit from the aspects of this service, such as price.

This service is run separately to the Shop, so goods at Internet prices* cannot be added to the order upon collection.
