We endeavour to process your order within one working day and delivery within 3/5 working days.  If you are in a hurry, please call us on 01432 850885 and we will do our best to help.

UK orders are sent via DPD or Royal Mail.  DPD will text you with your delivery details and your one hour delivery slot.  You will also be able to - 

A signature will be required unless you have filled in the Special Instructions Box (leave with a neighbour or perhaps a safe place) in our checkout. If you request your parcel be left without a signature  Barnstormers cannot be held liable for any loss that may occur so please ensure that the order is to be left in a secure place.

Covid19 Special Arrangements

If you have requested your parcel be left in a safe place a photo will be taken as proof of delivery.

If, after placing your order, you would like your parcel left in a safe place, simply leave a signed note, attached to your front door, instructing our driver where your parcel should be left. He will take a photo of the signed note, along with a photo of where he has left your parcel as proof of delivery.


Extended Christmas returns to 15 January 2021.

You can return products up to 30 days after purchase.  Please ensure they are clean, dry, unused and well packaged.  Please do not attach any stickers, labels, postage receipts to boxes or product wrapping.  If items are damaged in this way, we reserve the right to refuse all or a portion of any refund due. 

You are responsible for the cost of postage incurred for good returned for exchange.  We are unable to accept liability for any damage or loss that may occur when the goods are in transit to us.   You should obtain proof of posting as a minimum.

On receipt of the returned item(s) we will arrange for the exchange to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

We will provide one exchange with no charge for postage for sending the replacement goods. 

We aim to process refunds within 5 working days of receipt.
