Shires Highlander Plus 100 Turnout Rug Neck Cover

New 1200 denier rug range from Shires.  Ripstop weave outer and 100g polyfill lining throughout. Deep shoulder gussets for freedom and clip chest straps for fitting speed. The neck is secured with touch close loops to three D-rings on the rug, and is fastened around the neck using quick fit touch close straps. Machine washable.

Technical info: ShireTex® 1200 denier ripstop, waterproof and breathable PFC-free outer with taped seams. 50g polyfill. Waterproof to 3000mm, Breathability 3000g/m2. Durable Waterproof Repellent (DWR) prevents saturation - water beads on the fabric and runs off.
